The classic Victoria Sponge, taken from our Food For Thought range of graphic prints which reduce some of the nation's favourite sweet treats down to a few simple shapes and colours. The only dilemma we had when deciding to include this classic cake in the range was whether the jam should go on the top or bottom layer...we can confirm Mary Berry puts her jam on the bottom. That's good enough for us.
