Blackburn Love Blueprint - Special Edition for Rough Trade Books
A special edition screen print of the blueprint we designed for 'Flashback: Parties for the People by the People’ - a NEW publication by Rough Trade Books and Uncultured Creatives.
The publication explores the cultural impact and historical relevance of the infamous Blackburn parties from 1988-1990 and our blueprint was one of four pamphlets included in the collection.
The blueprint maps out the history and legacy of the Blackburn Parties on the imagined footprint of Ewood Mill. It was compiled using content from the archives of the Acid House Flashback website - a community project by Uncultured Creatives. Big thanks to Joe Fossard, Jamie Holman and Alex Zawadzki for their invaluable help. And Ian Mitchell for additional research.
